Dear colleagues,

I would like to extend this personal invitation to our 6th International Winter Arrhythmia School. Once again, this year’s program will be based on device and electrophysiological streams, which will be incorporated together for sessions of common interest. Our flagship of blended sponsorships and sessions opened for all will remain in place.

The combined sessions will be focused on innovations in device therapies and ablation approaches, as well as in antiarrhythmic pharmacology which is becoming diversified in recent years. Issues of Cardiovascular Imaging in Cardiac Electrophysiology will be the spotlight of this year’s sessions lead by world experts in the field.

Our focus in the Electrophysiology stream will be based on challenging cases of supraventricular arrhythmia ablations, ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation, and on peri-procedural care in Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology. We deploy world class faculty to engage discussions and expect, as always, fierce educational argument.

In the device stream, our focus will be on handling challenging tachy- and brady-programming in small classes and peer-to-peer teaching sessions. These sessions will be headed by physicians and manufacturer’s experts.
This eventful program will be taking place at the Fairmont Tremblant in Mont Tremblant, Quebec due to positive feedback on last year’s venue. The event is officially bilingual for the second year in a row, with instant translations from English to French and plenty of accents.

Last year we had more than 130 people participating in the event. Due to limited space last year we ended up housing some of the participants off our base camp at the Fairmont. Therefore I strongly encourage you to register early.

Sincerely,

Eugene Crystal, MD
